MDict Widget Editor's Review

'MDict Widget' is MDict's little brother.

This widget allows you to use MDict's power straight from the Dashboard. It's recommended to have a copy of MDict with its dictionaries installed on your hard drive.

If you don't want MDict, you can use this widget without the main program. You have to download the free dictionaries that MDict uses and place them into ~/Library/MDict.

The support for multiple instances is an interesting feature of this widget. Every instance of MDict Widget uses its own dictionary.

Pluses: It brings the power of MDict to your Dashboard, it has support for multiple instances.

Drawbacks / flaws:

In conclusion: This application gives you a different way to use MDict without losing the power of its fast engine. Supporting multiple instances and every instance using its own dictionary are two extraordinary features.
